Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • If the crab legs are whole, cut slits along the shells to access the meat easily.
  • Place the crab legs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the butter sauce generously over the crab legs, reserving some for serving.
  • Cover the crab legs loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and fragrant.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot with the reserved butter sauce and lemon wedges.

Notes

Enhance your dish with a touch of red pepper flakes for heat or paprika for a smoky flavor. Ensure crab legs are very fresh or properly thawed if frozen.
