Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the pears in half and use a melon baller or spoon to scoop out the core, leaving a small well in each pear half.
  • Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and fill each hollow with crumbled blue cheese.

Baking
