Cooking Base

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil the pasta until just al dente.
  • In a hot skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add ground beef to the pan, break it apart, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and Italian seasoning.
  • Pour in crushed and diced tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes until rich.
  • Toss cooked pasta with the meat sauce in a baking dish.
  • Top with cheese, if using, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
