  • Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • While the processor is running, gradually add the olive oil until you reach your desired consistency—it should be thick yet spreadable.
  • Taste your hummus and season with salt and pepper as needed to enhance the flavor.
  • Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.

Notes
