  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar For a smooth sweetness.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese until it achieves a creamy consistency.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the cream cheese.
  • Add the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers to the mixture, stirring until homogeneous.
  • Gently fold in the raspberries, keeping them somewhat intact.
  • Mold the mixture into small balls about the size of a tablespoon and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the balls for at least two hours to firm up.
  • Optionally, melt more white chocolate to coat the balls or sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.

Notes

For a smoother finish, ensure cream cheese is fully softened. Consider blending in lemon zest or almond extract for richer flavor. You can swap raspberries for other berries as desired.
