  • 4 slices slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or rustic white)
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced About 115g, for a creamy and nutty flavor
  • 4 tablespoons blackberry jam Rich and aromatic jam for sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened For spreading on the bread

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  • On the non-buttered side of two slices, spread 2 tablespoons of blackberry jam each.
  • Layer the Brie slices evenly over the jam.
  • Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the sandwiches in the heated skillet.
  • Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the sandwiches from heat, let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy warm.

Notes
