Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, all-purpose flour, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until a thick, smooth dough forms.
  • If desired, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set and centers are slightly underbaked.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
