  • 0.5 teaspoon salt Essential seasoning.
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper Essential seasoning.
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Forms a gooey top layer.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds sharpness.

  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce Forms a luscious layer.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce, butter, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined.
  • In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Place 3 cooked lasagna noodles on top. Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture, followed by a layer of the Buffalo chicken mixture, and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until you reach the top, finishing with noodles, Alfredo sauce, and a final layer of cheeses.

Cooking

  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Finishing

  • In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with milk to thin it out. Drizzle over the lasagna just before serving.
  • Let the lasagna cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Experiment with different cheeses for added depth. Let it rest before cutting for easier serving.
