Preparation

  • Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Lightly brush caps with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  • Combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayo, garlic, parsley, Old Bay, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to create a creamy filling.

Baking

  • Fill mushroom caps with crab mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Drizzle with melted butter if desired, sprinkle with extra parsley, and serve warm.

Notes
