Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, chili powder (if using), salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Brush the garlic butter over the corn, ensuring to cover all sides.

Cooking

  • For oven: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • For grill: Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, turning often.
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheese over the corn.
  • If using the oven, broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.

Serving

  • Drizzle with any leftover garlic butter and garnish with extra parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

For richer flavor, use herb-infused butter or add a dash of lemon juice for brightness. Pair with grilled meats or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
