Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package (10-ounce) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14-ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream adds a tangy creaminess
  • 1 cup mayonnaise lends a rich texture
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese melts beautifully
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese adds a sharp kick

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder to enhance the flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt for the perfect seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper for a touch of warmth
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional for heat

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.

Baking

  • Place the dish in your preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dip is hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  • Once done, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Serve warm with chips, crackers, or sliced bread for dipping.

Notes

For extra creaminess, consider adding softened cream cheese. Switch up the cheese varieties for a spicy twist. Garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs before baking.
