Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and any optional spices.
  • In a separate bowl, toss the banana slices in the melted coconut oil or butter.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices, ensuring each one is well-coated.
  • Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer.

Cooking

  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Keep an eye on them during the last few minutes to avoid burning.
