  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded Melts beautifully, providing gooeyness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the shrimp seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until pink and juicy, approximately 2-3 minutes. Set aside a few shrimp to use as a topping later.
  • In the same skillet, toss in minced garlic and chopped spinach. Sauté the mixture until the spinach is wilted and vibrant.
  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, 1 cup mozzarella, and half the Parmesan. Stir in the spinach mixture and half of the cooked shrimp until well combined.

Baking

  • Spoon the mixture into an oven-safe dish. Top with the reserved shrimp and sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the top. Add crushed red pepper if desired.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes or until the dip is golden and bubbly on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with toasted garlic bread or crostini.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for better flavor. You can prepare this dip ahead of time and store it in the fridge before baking.
