Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Boil the bowtie pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain it well and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, draining excess fat.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, smoked paprika, and onion powder.

Assembly and Baking

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  • Integrate the cooked pasta, seasoned beef, and sweet corn into the sauce, stirring until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, sprinkle with extra cheddar cheese and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
