Preparation

  • Pat the sirloin steak pieces dry with a paper towel. Season the steak generously on all sides with salt and pepper.

  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

  • Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
  • If desired, sprinkle in red pepper flakes for added heat.

Combining & Serving

  • Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss gently in the creamy sauce.
  • Let simmer for another 1 to 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with crusty bread or mashed potatoes.

Notes

To enhance your dish, opt for high-quality beef, avoid overcrowding the pan for a good sear, adjust seasoning, experiment with herbs, and allow the steak to rest before slicing.
