Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Aromatic and zesty.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme), chopped Bright and fragrant.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances the flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adds mild heat and depth.

For grilling

  • 1 pound Giant Prawns, peeled and deveined Fresh, juicy, and plump.

For serving

  • 1 each Lemon, cut into wedges Fresh and tangy.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper until well-combined.
  • Add giant prawns to the marinade and coat well.
  • Let the prawns marinate for 30 minutes to an hour to enhance flavor.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Skewer the prawns and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and charred.

Serving

  • Serve the grilled prawns with lemon wedges, squeezing fresh juice over them.

Notes

For best results, use fresh giant prawns. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days in the refrigerator or frozen for a month.
