Ingredients
  

Lobster Preparation

  • 3 whole 3 whole lobster tails, split lengthwise Opt for fresh lobster tails if possible.

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt & freshly ground black pepper Adjust seasoning to preference.

Garnish

  • for serving Lemon wedges Serve alongside grilled lobster.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley Sprinkle on top for presentation.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Split each lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat using kitchen shears.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with olive oil, garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill and cook for about 5–6 minutes, basting with remaining garlic butter mix halfway through.
  • Once cooked through and meat is opaque, remove from grill.

Serving

  • Plate the lobster tails with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of parsley.

Notes

Consider pairing with grilled vegetables or a creamy risotto. For left overs, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
