Instructions

Make the Marinade

  • Whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.

Marinate the Steak & Shrimp

  • Divide your marinade into two bowls. Place the steak cubes in one bowl and the shrimp in the other.
  • Pour half of the marinade over the steak and the other half over the shrimp. Gently toss to coat thoroughly.
  • Cover both bowls with cling wrap and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.

Assemble the Kabobs

  • Thread the marinated steak, shrimp, and chosen vegetables onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.

Grill the Kabobs

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  • Grill the kabobs for about 2-3 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until cooked to desired doneness.

Serve

  • Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

Letting the kabobs rest allows juices to redistribute. Avoid overcrowding skewers to ensure even cooking.
