  • 1 large sweet potato Roasted until fork-tender.
  • 0.5 lb ground beef Juicy and rich.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Helps to brown the beef.
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika Infuses depth of flavor.
  • 0.25 tsp chili powder Adds a hint of spice.
  • Salt & black pepper To taste.
  • 0.25 cup ricotta cheese or whipped feta For creamy topping.
  • 0.5 avocado Sliced, adds freshness.
  • 1 tsp hot honey Or mix 1 tsp honey + pinch of chili flakes.

  • Red pepper flakes For added spiciness.
  • Fresh herbs For bursts of flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pierce the sweet potato with a fork several times and bake for 45–50 minutes until fork-tender.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add ground beef with smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7–10 minutes until browned.

Assembly

  • Carefully split the baked sweet potato open and fluff the inside with a fork.
  • Top with the seasoned beef and dollop with ricotta or whipped feta.
  • Layer sliced avocado on top and drizzle with hot honey.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover components separately. Sweet potato can be stored for up to three days; cooked beef should be consumed within two days. Reheat before serving. These boats can be customized with toppings based on personal preference.
