  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined Juicy, tender bite
  • 1 bag frozen French fries or fresh hand-cut fries Crispy, golden exterior
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning For a warm, spicy kick
  • 2 tbsp butter Imparts a rich, luscious flavor
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese Provides a creamy layer of cheesy goodness
  • 1/4 cup ranch or garlic aioli Delightful drizzle
  • 1/4 cup spicy mayo or hot sauce Adds heat and zest
  • to taste fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped For garnish
  • optional paprika or chili powder For extra bold flavor and kick

Instructions
 

Preparation of Fries

  • Bake or fry the French fries according to package instructions or until they reach a perfect golden brown and crispy texture.
  • Once cooked, season the fries with salt and a sprinkle of paprika.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp, seasoned with Cajun spice, and sauté for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and juicy.

Assembly

  • Pile the hot fries onto a plate or takeout tray.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot fries to allow it to melt.
  • Load the fries with the sautéed shrimp.
  • Drizzle ranch or garlic aioli and spicy mayo or hot sauce over the top.
  • Finish with freshly chopped herbs and an optional dash of chili powder or paprika.
  • Serve immediately while everything is hot.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for better flavor. Adjust Cajun seasoning for desired spice level. Can experiment with different cheeses.
