Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Add the brownie mix and fold until evenly distributed.

Baking

  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and slightly underbaked in the center.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes
