Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks and fresh raspberries gently.

Baking

  • Using rounded tablespoons, drop the cookie dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
