Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • Take a flour tortilla and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each one, leaving a small border for sealing.
  • Add a spoonful of strawberry pie filling in the center of each tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly, sealing the filling inside, and place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  • Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter.
  • In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the roll-ups.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
