Preparation

  • Peel and slice the mangoes into thin matchstick strips.
  • Thinly slice the red onion and chili.
  • Roughly chop the cilantro and mint.

Assembly

  • In a large bowl, combine the mango, onion, chili, cilantro, and mint.
